I can overlook the fact that my order arrived cold after 2 hours, but everything I received was wrong. There were no sauces, the packaging was terrible, and none of the extras I paid for were included. I requested a refund and even offered to return the food, but no one came to collect it. This experience with Popeyes has been incredibly frustrating. I expect a full refund and better service in the future, as this kind of mistake is unacceptable.
