KFC Delivered Only One Meal, Cold and Late

I ordered two separate meals from KFC, but only one meal was delivered. The delay in delivery was frustrating enough, but to make matters worse, the food arrived completely cold.
I tried contacting KFC’s customer service, but I couldn’t reach anyone. Despite previous complaints from other customers about similar issues, it’s disappointing that no resolution or improvement has been made. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I’m considering never ordering from KFC again.
I urge KFC to address this issue promptly by improving both their delivery service and customer support. Customers deserve accurate, timely, and fresh deliveries, especially from a well-known brand like KFC.
