Popeyes Refused My Multinet Payment and Staff Was Disrespectful

On 4/11/2024, between 19:56 - 20:10, I tried to pay with my meal card, Multinet, at your Popeyes branch in Erzurum MNG Mall, but I was informed that they couldn’t process the payment. When I checked with Multinet, they confirmed there were no issues and that the payment could be accepted. I am not an uninformed customer; I work in a supervisory role and am somewhat familiar with the process. Should I have to forego my meal benefit just because your branch doesn’t want to accept payment as they please? The staff were also disrespectful. Even when I mentioned I would file a complaint, they laughed it off. I wish I could have captured their facial expressions. Should I simply stop choosing your branch? You risk losing many customers this way. How do you intend to address my grievance? Let me emphasize that I am also filing a complaint against your staff. I expect an urgent response.
