It's been a week. There is still not the slightest progress. I call and ask how much longer I will have to wait. They say, "Well, let's also get approval from the branch." The manager is supposed to come at 5:00 PM. They will give information once they arrive. It will be checked. It's the 7th day and we are still where we started. Shame on them. I have nothing more to say.

On February 29, 2024, at 10:45 in the morning, we placed an order. We loaded money into Domino's Wallet and made a payment of ₺2257.5 through Domino's Wallet. However, since we wanted to pick up our order and time it with our mealtime, we called the branch. The branch said they couldn't do anything because the order didn't come through and directed us to the complaint line. After about 30 minutes of phone calls, they informed us that the order was pending, would be canceled, the money refunded, and we needed to place a new order. A new order was created, and we paid with a card at the store. However, they said the payment for the canceled order would be transferred to our account within 24 hours. As of now, approximately 52 hours have passed since this complaint was filed, and there is still no progress. I called the complaint line four times, and they gave vague responses. First, they said it would be resolved within 24 hours. Then they said it could take up to 48 hours. But there is still no response. It's been three days, and we still haven't resolved the issue, despite it not being my fault.
