Playstore.com Purchases Didn't Go As Planned, Codes Missing

My two recent transactions on Turk Telekom's Play Store, 2621616 and 2621606 went wrong...of course, thinking my purchases would go smoothly and I would receive the Razer PIN codes quickly,  I'm very upset that I still haven't received the codes.  Their inability to keep their word disappoints me. Türk Telekom's reputation and industry position gave me high hopes for their services yet, this experience has lowered my confidence and made me doubt their systems. I'm in a tough situation for the first time, so I need to act fast, request a thorough investigation into this issue's cause. After valid purchases, such inconvenience is just doubtful. I will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and explore other options to protect my consumer rights if my concerns are not addressed and the missing Razer PIN codes are not promptly provided.
