Efootball Mobile Old Account Inaccessible Despite Correct Email Login

I am unable to access my old Efootball mobile account, which was registered under the email address c***********@gmail.com**. I had made approximately 500₺ worth of in-game purchases on this account. Today, when I tried to log in, even though I entered my email address correctly, the system repeatedly prompted me to create a new account instead of recognizing my existing one.

I attempted to reset my password using the reset link and successfully created a new password, but I still cannot reach my old account. Each login attempt leads me back to the same issue. I have never deleted, transferred, or changed anything related to my account or device. I am currently trying to access the app from Ankara.

I request urgent support to regain access to my original account and to ensure that my in-game purchases and progress are not lost. I expect Konami to restore my account promptly and provide a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
