Valorant E-Pin Not Delivered After Successful Payment on EpinTR

On October 4, 2025, at 7:45 PM, I purchased a Valorant e-pin code worth 825 TL via Epin.TR.Com using my credit card. During the purchase, it was stated that the code would be delivered within a few minutes. However, hours have passed, and I still haven’t received any code.
I placed the order using my email address y********@gmail.com**. The payment was processed successfully, and I was expecting the code to be delivered immediately, but I haven’t received any update or code so far. I also contacted customer service, but there has been no response yet.
I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that the Valorant e-pin code I purchased be sent to me immediately.
