Paid via Mobile on Playstore.com, But No Code Received

I made a purchase via mobile payment on Playstore.com using Türk Telekom, but the transaction is stuck. Türk Telekom and Payguru support both confirm that the payment was successfully processed, yet Playstore.com claims that no payment was received. So where did my money go?
I have tried reaching out to customer support, but I keep getting redirected from one service to another with no clear resolution. There is no direct contact person to help me, and I feel completely ignored despite my efforts to solve this issue.
I demand an immediate resolution—either send me the code I paid for or issue a full refund. Fix this now! Customers should not have to deal with such poor service and lack of accountability.
