Shutterstock Left 24 of My Photos "Under Review" for Nearly Two Months

I have been a Shutterstock contributor for two years, regularly producing and uploading photos to the platform. Twenty-four photos I uploaded between approximately October 5–8 have been showing as "under review" for nearly two months now, with no approval or rejection result issued. Shutterstock's stated standard review time is 5 business days — yet the review process for these submissions has dragged on with no explanation whatsoever.
This situation is slowing down my workflow and negatively affecting the income and projects I had planned around these uploads. Despite reaching out multiple times through the official support channels on Shutterstock's website, I have not received a satisfactory explanation for why the process has taken this long, and no concrete action has been taken regarding my pending photos.
I am requesting that my 24 photos currently under review be evaluated promptly within a reasonable timeframe, that a clear outcome — either approval or rejection — be provided for each, and that I receive an explanation for this unusual delay.
