Shutterstock Charged My Card $34.80 a Year After a One-Time Purchase

In June 2023, I made a one-time photo purchase on Shutterstock. One year later, in June 2024, $34.80 was charged to the same credit card. When I checked my purchase history within my account, the transaction does not appear anywhere. When I look at my plans, there is no active plan listed. When I check the Apple subscription center, no subscription shows up there either.
I am requesting a full refund of the $34.80 charged to my card and a clear explanation of why this charge occurred.
