Playstore Payment Deducted From My Card But Product Not Delivered
On December 30, 2025, at 22:24, I made an online purchase worth ₺410.26 on Playstore.com using my Yapı Kredi card. After the payment, the Playstore screen remained stuck on “payment is being checked,” the product was not added to my account, yet the amount appears to have been deducted from my card. Although more than 24 hours have passed, the transaction is still not approved on Playstore’s side. When I contacted Playstore, I was told that the issue was not caused by them and that I should contact the bank, even though the amount is still shown as deducted from my account. I have the transaction receipt and all necessary payment details. I request that Yapı Kredi urgently review this payment, approve the transaction so that my product is added to my Playstore account, or otherwise refund the amount that was unfairly charged to me.
