Payment Completed But FC Mobile 26 In-Game Item Not Received
On October 20, 2025, at 8:08 PM, I purchased a ₺899 package in FC Mobile 26 and completed my payment through Paycell. The transaction receipt number is GPA.3352-5771-3522-12910. However, even after several hours, the purchased package has not been credited to my account.
I reached out to FC Mobile 26 customer support, but I haven’t received any helpful response. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and since the payment was processed successfully, I’m disappointed that the content I paid for is still missing.
I urgently request that the purchased package be added to my account immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
