Playstore Customer Support Refuses Help for Undelivered Steam Code

On August 5, 2026, I purchased a $5 Steam wallet code through Playstore. A total of 250.12 TRY was charged for the transaction, but the Steam wallet code was never delivered to me and I was unable to use it.

When I called customer service regarding the issue, they told me there was nothing they could do and offered no resolution. Although the screenshot I submitted indicates that the transaction was invalid and should be retried, the payment was deducted from my account without the code being delivered.

I demand that the $5 Steam wallet code I paid for be delivered to me immediately and without error. Additionally, I request that system checks be conducted to prevent similar issues from recurring and that I receive a written update regarding this process.
