On March 28, 2025, a charge of $100 (₺3904) was withdrawn from my account under the name SteamGames.com, despite the fact that I never downloaded their platform, created an account, or made any purchases. I have absolutely no affiliation with this service, and yet my money was taken without permission or authorization.

This is a clear case of unauthorized payment, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and security in how this was allowed to happen. I demand a full refund of the ₺3904 that was withdrawn.

I’m calling on the Turkey-based sales representatives or agents involved with this platform to investigate the issue and return my funds immediately. If I do not receive prompt action, I will take legal steps to pursue this matter and recover my money. I urge the company to treat this issue with urgency and provide a resolution without further delay.
