On March 28, 2025, a charge of $100 (₺3904) was withdrawn from my account under the name SteamGames.com, despite the fact that I never downloaded their platform, created an account, or made any purchases. I have absolutely no affiliation with this service, and yet my money was taken without permission or authorization.
This is a clear case of unauthorized payment, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and security in how this was allowed to happen. I demand a full refund of the ₺3904 that was withdrawn.
