I recently made two in-game purchases on Steam for FC 25—one for 49.97₺ and another for 49.99₺ to buy FC Points—but neither of them was delivered to my account. The payment was processed successfully, yet the content I paid for never arrived. My money is essentially gone, and I’ve received nothing in return. This is unacceptable.
To make things worse, I can still see the 49.99₺ wallet balance in my Steam account, but when I try to use it to purchase 5900 FC Points, the transaction doesn’t go through. I press “Confirm Purchase,” and nothing happens—no error message, no confirmation, just nothing. This is clearly a technical problem on Steam’s side.
I have all receipts and screenshots to prove the failed transactions. One of my more recent purchases just went through successfully, so I know the issue isn’t on my end. However, the two items I bought around 06:55 on March 29 are still missing. I’ve attached image files labeled 221 and 222 showing the points missing from my account, while image 223 shows Steam claiming they were delivered.
I need urgent assistance resolving this issue. I’ve never had this problem before, but now I’m left without the content I paid for. I ask Steam to immediately review my account, verify the payment records, and apply the purchased content to my account.
