PK XD won’t load past the home screen on Android, how can I fix this issue?

First, make sure that both Android and PK XD are up to date.

Then, go to Settings > Apps > PK XD and tap Clear Cache (or Clear Data if necessary) before starting again. This will often fix problems where the app stops loading.

Clear out your storage and restart your device to make sure that no apps are running in the background that are slowing it down. Low RAM or a device that is too hot can also stop it from loading past the home screen.

If the problem still happens after following those steps, uninstall PK XD, restart your phone, reload from the Play Store, sign back in, and try again. 

If it still won't load, use their "The game will not load" form to send support a ticket with information about your device and a description of the issue.

If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
