I Can’t Open PK XD or Join Parties and Forgot My Password for a 2-Year Account

I’ve been playing PK XD for over two years and have built up a really valuable account with exclusive items like the Bot Eyeglasses Panda, castle house, cars, bags, and premium outfits. But now I can’t log in at all. The game doesn’t load properly — I can’t attend parties or see anyone at school. It feels like I’m stuck in an empty version of the game.

I know people usually say “just delete and reinstall,” but I forgot my account password. If I delete the app, I risk losing everything I’ve worked hard for. I’ve tried to reset my password like everyone else, but it always gives me an error. Nothing works.

Please, I need help recovering my account. I have rare items that I cannot replace, and starting from scratch would take forever. If possible, I’d even be willing to transfer the Panda and a few items to another account, but I really want to keep everything I've earned. This situation is extremely frustrating and feels hopeless without proper support.
