I Can’t Access PK XD Game Due to Constant Freezing, Lag, and Login Errors for Months
For the past three months, I’ve been unable to properly play PK XD due to constant technical issues. The game repeatedly freezes, crashes, and won’t let me log in no matter how many times I try. Every attempt to access the game results in either lag or a complete freeze, making it impossible to enjoy or even use the app.
I’ve reported the issue several times through the in-game support page, but I’ve received no meaningful help. It feels like the support system is unresponsive, and no one is actually looking into the recurring problems. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while the game remains broken for such an extended period of time.
As a dedicated player, I expect stable gameplay and functioning support. I’m asking the PK XD development team to urgently investigate these performance issues and provide a reliable fix. Please prioritize your community’s experience and restore proper access to the game.

For about a month now, I have been constantly receiving abusive messages from other players in the PKXD mobile game. I am especially confronted with harsh expressions such as 'thief, your mother and father are thieves, don't show your filth,' and I am very disturbed by this situation. My username in the game is: Almina.
Unfortunately, there is no support team or customer service in the game where we can report such behavior. I request that players who insult others be blocked and that more effective moderation be provided in the game. I believe that many players like me are experiencing similar problems, and I expect an urgent solution to this issue.
