For the past three months, I’ve been unable to properly play PK XD due to constant technical issues. The game repeatedly freezes, crashes, and won’t let me log in no matter how many times I try. Every attempt to access the game results in either lag or a complete freeze, making it impossible to enjoy or even use the app.
I’ve reported the issue several times through the in-game support page, but I’ve received no meaningful help. It feels like the support system is unresponsive, and no one is actually looking into the recurring problems. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while the game remains broken for such an extended period of time.
