PK XD Shows Server Connection Lost Error on Loyal Friends Island

I cannot access the Loyal Friends Island in PK XD, developed by Afterverse. Since the event started, whenever I try to enter the island, a pop-up message repeatedly appears saying, “Server connection lost. Error: ugcsceneloadfailed,” and the game does not let me enter. I was only able to access the island once in the morning, and I have received the same error every time I have tried since then.

I am using a Lenovo device, and this issue only occurs when I try to enter the Loyal Friends Island. I have not received any technical support beyond being advised to close and reopen the game, and I have not yet contacted the Afterverse support team. Despite this, the problem has not resolved itself, and I am unable to participate in the event.

I expect Afterverse to first investigate this technical error and make it possible for me to access the Loyal Friends Island on my device without any problems. I also request that the necessary technical fixes be implemented to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced and prevent other players from encountering the same error.
