I Can’t Access the Loyal Pet Trade Area in PK XD Despite Repeated Attempts

Hello admin, I’ve been facing a persistent issue in PK XD related to the Loyal Pet (Sadık Dost) trade feature. Every time I try to go to the pet trading area to exchange my Loyal Pet, the screen freezes or fails to load the location. No matter how long I wait, nothing happens — I just get stuck. The only way to force the game to respond is to exit completely and log back in, but even after doing that, the problem still isn’t fixed.

This bug is seriously affecting the gameplay experience and makes the trading system unusable. I’ve tried everything on my end, but the issue clearly lies within the game.

PK XD team, please fix this glitch urgently. I want to be able to trade my Loyal Pets without having to restart the app every single time. You need to make sure your core features actually work — especially those that keep players engaged. I expect a fast solution and proper in-game support for this issue.
