I Face “Failed Requirement” Login Error on PK XD Android Account Access

Today, I attempted to log into my PK XD account (Playpkxd.com) using my Android device and the username X*. Despite entering my email and password correctly, I keep getting a “Failed requirement” error that prevents me from accessing my account. This issue appeared out of nowhere and has left me extremely frustrated.

I haven’t made any purchases on the account, and I haven’t yet tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still, the account is important to me because I started it with genuine enthusiasm and invested a lot of time and effort building it up. Not being able to access it now is deeply upsetting.

I’m asking PK XD support to immediately fix this login error and restore access to my account. I have all the necessary information to verify my identity if needed. Please treat this issue seriously and provide a working solution without delay.
