PK XD Account Login Issue - Stuck On Loading And House Not Loading

I have been unable to log in to my old PK XD account on my Android device for a long time. I last remember accessing this account about a year ago. Recently, whenever I try to log in, the game only shows a loading screen for a while and then goes back to the login menu without any error message or explanation, and I cannot access my old account. In addition, when I log into the game now, my house appears completely blank and does not load properly. The structure of the house itself does not seem to load, and I am not even sure if my house still exists in the game, because nothing appears correctly from the moment I enter. So far I have not contacted PK XD support about these issues, but now I would like both the login problem and the house loading problem to be investigated and fixed.
