PK XD Not Loading on iPad -180 Gems Compensation Request

I have been a regular PK XD player and it is my favorite game, but for the last few days it has not been loading on my iPad at all. Since 17 October, whenever I try to open the game it stays stuck on the loading screen and never finishes. Because of this I cannot access my account with the username “cozycoo” and I am very disappointed. I have already tried everything that was suggested to me, including the troubleshooting steps I received, but nothing has solved the issue and the problem continues in the same way. I also have a screenshot showing that the game is stuck on the loading screen. I request that my PK XD account be made accessible again and that the loading problem on my iPad be fixed. As an apology for this problem and the days I have not been able to play, I am also asking to be compensated with 180 gems.
