PK XD Won’t Launch on Google Play Games and the Play Button Is Missing
I have been trying to play PK XD on my computer through Google Play Games, but I have been unable to access the game for the past two days. When I launch the game, only the main screen appears. The “Play” button, which normally appears on the screen and allows me to enter the game, never loads, making it impossible for me to proceed.
There are no error messages or warning notifications displayed. The game simply remains on a blank or static main screen without giving me any way to continue. Because of this, I am completely unable to access my account or play the game.
The issue first started yesterday and has continued without interruption. Today, a new update became available, so I updated the game hoping it would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, even after installing the latest version, nothing changed and the exact same issue remains. Before this problem began, I was able to access and play PK XD normally on the same computer without any difficulties.
Since I have been unable to enter the game for two consecutive days, this issue is causing significant inconvenience. I request that the PK XD development team investigate why the “Play” button is not appearing, restore normal access to the game, and perform any necessary checks on my account if required. I would appreciate a prompt resolution so that I can return to playing the game normally.
Progress
In the PKXD game that I've been playing with love for about a year, I haven't been able to enter the game for about 20–22 days because the game button has completely disappeared. I'm using a Redmi 11 phone, and because of this issue, even if I get into the game, only a blank screen appears; the game button is not visible at all.
During this time I updated the game and re-entered several times, but the problem did not get fixed. Even though I wrote a complaint before, no correction was made. I'm very scared that my account might be lost or that an error might occur, because it's an account I've been investing effort in for a long time.
I want the PKXD team to protect my account and fix the game button error so that I can get back into the game, i.e., to return my account and the game to normal. I also request urgent attention so that this problem does not take so long and there is no loss on my account.
