PK XD Server Connection Error Prevents Login on Android

I have been unable to log into the PK XD game on my Android phone for about one hour. Every time I try to open the app, I receive a “server connection error” message, and the game does not load. The issue happens every single time I try— I haven’t been able to log in even once.

I have not yet tried restarting my device, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, or changing my internet connection, because I believe the issue is caused by the game’s servers. I would like this error to be resolved as soon as possible so I can log back into my account without any issues.

I am requesting that the PK XD team investigate this connection error and fix the problem so that my access to the game can be restored.
