I Face PK XD Launch Issue on Monster Laptop After Google Play Games Beta Update
On August 8, 2025, I updated PK XD on my Monster brand laptop running Windows via Google Play Games Beta. Immediately after installing the update, the game stopped opening entirely. There is no error message—when I try to launch it, nothing happens, and the application remains completely unresponsive.
I restarted my computer several times, but the problem persists. This is my older PK XD account, and I do not remember my exact username or email address. My account does not contain any paid purchases or exclusive content, but I still want to continue playing. As of now, every attempt to open the game results in the same unresponsive state.
I request that this launch issue be fixed immediately and that the necessary technical support be provided so I can regain access to the game. PK XD should ensure that updates released through Google Play Games Beta do not prevent users from accessing their accounts and gameplay.
