Unable to Access Pets in PK XD After Hatch, Need Urgent Help After Spending Money

I’ve been unable to access my pets in PK XD for nearly a year now. My screen keeps displaying an error, and none of my pets are loading. This issue started after I placed one of my pets in the hatchery, and since then, I haven’t been able to reach any of them. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on PK XD and really enjoy the game, so I don’t want all that money to go to waste. Can someone please help me fix this issue? I’m really disappointed that I can’t access something I’ve invested in, and I hope PK XD resolves this soon.
