Pizza Hut's Delayed and Cancelled Pizza Charge Unrefunded After 17 Days

I'm utterly disappointed. On June 29, I placed an order with Pizza Hut, but they didn't bring it to me, even though they were late by two hours. I called them three times, and each time they said that the pizza was on its way and that even though it was late, they couldn't cancel it. I was angry, so I sent a short email to Info Isgida that explained what was going on. I got an SMS right away to confirm the cancellation. Even though it's been 17 days, Pizza Hut still hasn't refunded the charge that shows up on my credit card statement. They have completely ignored my emails and haven't replied to any of them at all.
