Jack Wolfskin Jacket Shows Pilling and Lint After 1.5 Years – Denied Warranty

I purchased a Jack Wolfskin jacket about 1.5 years ago, and it has developed severe pilling and linting, creating a rough texture that’s hard to describe. I sent it back through the store twice, hoping for a resolution, but each time it was returned to me with the claim of “user error.” Given how carefully I’ve used it, this explanation doesn’t make sense. I bought this jacket expecting durability, especially considering the high price. This issue shouldn’t occur with a premium product. I’m requesting that Jack Wolfskin address this defect and resolve my complaint fairly. I feel let down and want a proper solution to this issue.
