Phyto Shampoo and Serums Doubled My Hair Loss

I purchased Phyto shampoo and the accompanying serums because I was experiencing hair loss, but after using the products, my hair started falling out twice as much. This has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I intend to file complaints with all relevant authorities if necessary. I purchased these Phyto products from Korupark Pharmacy in Bursa and paid a significant amount of money for them, but they have left me extremely disappointed. I am requesting that the products be taken back and refunded as soon as possible.
