Phyto/Native Club Loyalty Points Stuck in System—I Can’t Redeem or Add New Purchases
I’ve been a loyal Phyto/Native Club customer and have always recommended their products. However, my loyalty points are stuck in the system, and I can’t redeem them. I also recently purchased new products and wanted to add them to my account, but the system won’t allow it.
I expected a smooth rewards program, but instead, I’m dealing with a system that doesn’t recognize my purchases or let me use my existing points. This is frustrating for a brand I’ve trusted for so long. I need Phyto to fix this issue, count my product codes, and ensure my points are properly added. Customers should be able to use the rewards they’ve earned!
