Phyto Repair Shampoo Increased My Hair Loss Instead of Repairing My Hair

I have been using Phyto Repair shampoo for approximately one week. Especially over the past 2–3 days, I have noticed a significant increase in my hair loss, and this has seriously concerned me. While styling my hair and showering, I am seeing much more hair shedding than usual, and I am disappointed that a product I purchased to help improve the condition of my hair seems to be having the opposite effect.

I have not consulted a doctor or dermatologist about this issue so far; however, because the product appears to be causing this reaction, I want the brand to take the matter seriously and carry out the necessary checks.

I request that the ingredients in the shampoo I used and the relevant product line be dermatologically evaluated, that I be clearly informed if there is anything that could potentially contribute to hair loss, and that the necessary action be taken regarding the product if appropriate.
