I purchased Phyto Paris shampoo, expecting a high-quality, sulfate-free, silicone-free, and paraben-free product that would improve my hair health. However, this shampoo has done nothing but make my hair excessively greasy and heavy. I have used many natural shampoos before, but none have ever left my hair feeling this sticky and unclean.
I paid a premium price for this tiny bottle, only to end up washing my hair every single day instead of every three days as I normally do. Even right after washing, my hair still feels oily and weighed down. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to provide high-performance hair care.
I expect a response and a solution from Phyto. Why should I pay so much just to walk around with greasy, lifeless hair?
