On July 17, 2026, I purchased a 250 ml bottle of Phyto Paris Phytocyane shampoo from Kilikya Pharmacy in Mersin. The product was recommended to me for hair loss, but after I started using it, I experienced a noticeable increase in hair shedding.
I used the product regularly for approximately 10 days. I noticed that my hair was falling out heavily even while applying the shampoo and massaging it into my scalp. As an oncology patient, hair loss is an extremely sensitive issue for me, both physically and emotionally, and this experience caused me serious concern and distress.
For this reason, I stopped using the product. Due to this negative experience, I am requesting a full refund for the product. I ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that I receive a clear response as soon as possible.
