Service Center Blames User for New Philips Coffee Maker Malfunction
I bought the Philips 3200 LatteGo coffee maker. That day, during the product's promotional video recording, the machine began making unusual sounds and releasing smoke. Moreover, it led to a power outage in my residence. I possess a video recording of the incident. Right after that, I got in touch with the authorized service center. They stated that the problem occurred because of frequent use, attributing it to user mistakes. Yet, I had only utilized the product for 2 hours on the day of purchase. I believe I have been treated unfairly by the authorized service of Arsel Electronics Bahçelievler. Even after contacting customer service, they were unable to offer a useful resolution. I have a product worth ₺26,000 and I feel misled. I insist on a solution.
