Philips 5447/90 Espresso Machine Defective Replacement

I purchased the Philips 5447/90 espresso machine from the seller Hepsiburada on 11/11/2023. Shortly after, the machine displayed an error 1 message, and on 8 January 2024, I took it to the authorized service center, Sezel Electronics. After a month, they assured me they would provide a new device. On 07/02/2024, I went to collect the new machine, but the box was heavily damaged. Despite my reluctance to accept it, the staff insisted, claiming they would discard the box anyway, so I reluctantly accepted. When I opened the box at home, I found defects—the drip tray was misaligned, and the aroma-preserving lid didn't fit properly. It dawned on me that they had given me a defective machine as a replacement. The next morning, I returned it to the service center. Despite three months passing since the initial issue and numerous attempts to contact Philips, they have not provided a resolution or even a timeline for replacement, merely suggesting to exercise my legal rights. In a country where the minimum wage is ₺17,000, Philips is withholding my ₺22,000 machine without any intention of rectifying their mistakes. Such behavior is unacceptable for a brand like Philips. I hope this message reaches the top-level executives, so they can see the conduct of their employees.
