Motor Protection Cover Melted on My Philips 7000 Vacuum and Service Refused Repair
I purchased a Philips 7000 Series upright vacuum cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar, and after a short period of use the motor protection cover started to melt. Due to this melting, the device takes in air from that area and the vacuum cleaner no longer provides proper suction. I took the product to Vatan Bilgisayar and they sent it to the authorized service, but the device was returned to me as “user fault”. I completely disagree with this assessment, because this kind of melting in the motor protection cover is not something that should occur under normal use. I have the invoice and purchase documents for the product. I request that the faulty product be taken back and that my money be refunded, as I do not trust the safety and performance of this vacuum cleaner anymore.
