Philips Charged Me For Warranty Repair With Unjustified Excuse

My espresso machine broke down after just two months of use. After taking it to the Philips technical service center in Avcılar, they contacted me a few hours later and informed me that the grinder was malfunctioning due to a screw being inserted inside it. What is the reason for me to perform that action? According to them, it was not covered under the warranty. Although I refused to accept it and wouldn't pick up the device until it was fixed, they were clear that I had to pay for the repair cost. They shamelessly blamed my child for the defect. Philips' attempt to shift the blame onto the customer and use immature justifications is unacceptable. I am determined to take action and will ensure that I caution others against purchasing from them.
