Dear Customer Service Team at Philips, I hope you are doing well as you read this. I'm writing to say that I'm not happy with my Philips 58pus7304 model TV. After only 3 years of use, some of the LED lights in the TV went out, making the picture dark. Since the warranty had already ended, I was told I would have to pay a service fee, which turned out to be quite expensive. Philips has not been able to help me, which is unfortunate. I know that TV technology changes all the time and that some things might not last forever. But I don't think the LED life of a TV should be limited to only 3 years. It's a shame that Philips doesn't stand behind its products and doesn't give its customers good solutions. As a longtime customer of Philips, I'm writing to ask you to change the way you handle customer service. I hope you can give me tips on how to take care of my TV or even discounts on repair services that will help it last longer. I'm sure Philips will take this feedback seriously and make changes to help its customers, who are very important to them.
