Philips 50PUS7303/12 TV Screen Distortion

Our Philips 50PUS7303/12 TV, which we've had for three years, developed a black screen issue in its third year and started showing colored lines on the screen in its fourth year. Out of nowhere, these colored lines appeared, despite us taking meticulous care of the TV, even though it was wall-mounted and hadn't been moved. Upon researching, we discovered that numerous Philips TV users have faced similar screen problems, indicating a chronic issue with the device. When we contacted the service, they claimed the panel was burnt and demanded a staggering fee of 10 thousand TL for repairs. It's absurd that we're being charged for a problem that occurred without any misuse on our part. I'm requesting that Philips repair the TV free of charge. If my request isn't addressed, I'll take this matter to various media outlets and consider legal action. It's disheartening to see a renowned brand like Philips not standing behind its products. I hope Philips rectifies this situation and demonstrates a commitment to its customers. It's truly disappointing that a TV can't last more than four years.
