After just over two years of use, lines started to appear on the screen. The problem gradually got worse until the screen stopped working altogether. I contacted Philips for repair services, but I was informed that I would have to pay a fee as the warranty had expired. This is unacceptable as the TV failed in such a short period of time, and I did not expect such poor quality from a reputable brand like Philips. Furthermore, the customer service was not helpful, and the repair fee was unreasonably high. I would not recommend Philips to anyone looking for a reliable TV brand, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
