Philips 55pus6412 TV Warranty Complaint, Screen Blackening and Continuous Problems
I am extremely dissatisfied with my Philips 55pus6412 model television. Since the time of purchase, I have encountered a multitude of issues ranging from dust on the screen to update problems. Despite managing to solve these issues, I am now experiencing a major problem with the screen blackening, and the warranty has recently expired. It is extremely disconcerting that these problems have surfaced only after the warranty period ended. Is the product intended to last only for two years? I demand that this issue be resolved under the scope of a good faith guarantee. I have raised this issue before, and yet it has not been addressed satisfactorily. For this reason, I would like the company to solve this problem because I am in a very annoying situation.
