My Highly Praised Philips 65pus8204 Ambilight LED TV Has Screen Clouding
Three years ago, I made the decision to invest in a Philips 65pus8204 Ambilight LED TV. Regrettably, I've encountered a recurring issue with black clouding on the screen, attributed to dust ingress, on two separate occasions. While the problem was initially rectified under warranty, the service team has now informed me that this issue is chronic and lacks a lasting solution. Unfortunately, this revelation came after the expiration of the warranty. Now faced with a malfunctioning TV, I find myself grappling...what should I do guys? any ideas??
