My Philips 49PUS6412/12 TV's Screen Is Cracked
When I saw that the screen on my Philips 49PUS6412/12 TV was broken, I was very upset. It was a surprise and frustrating problem that a lot of people with Philips TVs seem to be having. As a loyal customer, I thought the brand would do better, but this has made me doubt its products. I went online to look for a solution and found that many other people with Philips TVs have had the same problem. It's disappointing that this is a common issue, but Philips hasn't done anything to fix it. I don't want to pay more to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I've asked Philips for help, and I'm hoping they'll take responsibility for this problem and give me a solution I'm happy with. I want to keep using Philips products, but this has made me less likely to trust the brand.
