I have to say that I hate the upright vacuum cleaner from the Philips Aqua series that I trusted and bought. It's made of bad materials and keeps breaking, no matter how carefully I handle it. This is the second time it has broken, and to make matters worse, they won't cover it under the warranty. I really wish I hadn't spent my own money on this product. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I've called customer service more than once and told them the problem isn't caused by mistreatment, but they keep saying they can't help under the warranty. I can't tell anyone to buy products from this brand. Avoid it at all costs to save yourself the trouble.
