Philips Homerun 3000 (XU3110/02) Robot Vacuum Return Complaint




I bought a Philips Homerun 3000 series XU3110/02 robot vacuum with a waste station from A**** E*** Outlet Center in İzmir, with a two-year warranty. However, when I returned from a vacation, I realized that the vacuum was not emptying the trash at the station as it should. After contacting the service, they looked into it and promised to get back to me. On May 6th, they finally did, only to tell me that the vacuum and the station were incompatible, rendering the product useless. They recommended me to call the store where I had purchased it. Following a 14-day wait, the business responded with disappointment, indicating that there was nothing they could do. It's frustrating that the merchant won't stand behind the product, leaving us in the dark. I urge Philips officials to take swift action on this matter. Furthermore, avoid doing business with people who ignore consumer rights and mockingly recommend contacting consumer protection agencies. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and am awaiting a resolution. Consumers demand respect, and business should be conducted with ethics rather than solely for profit.
