I’m reaching out publicly because the support process in Turkey has been deeply disappointing. I purchased a Philips Azur 8000 Series iron, and since the very first day, it has had a serious water leakage issue. Despite sending it to the authorized service twice, both times I was told that “no fault was found.” The same problem continues. What’s worse, Philips Turkey’s customer service has done nothing but make the process harder instead of helping. They refuse to replace or refund the product and provide no effective solution. This is not what customers expect from a global brand that claims to care about quality and trust. It’s unacceptable that such a well-known company does not stand behind its products sold in Turkey. I’m asking Philips Global to take this issue seriously and ensure that Turkish customers receive the same level of service and accountability as customers in other countries. All I request is fairness — a proper replacement or refund for a product that clearly has a defect.
