Philips XC7043 Vacuum Repeated Breakage Issue - Replacement Request

I purchased the Philips XC7043 upright vacuum cleaner, and it is still under warranty. The main connection point of the vacuum has broken three times during normal use. The first two breaks occurred in the same spot, and the third break happened in another area of the same part. Although the repairs were done free of charge each time, the issue repeatedly occurring makes me question the product’s durability. I previously contacted Philips about this and received a response, but my problem still hasn’t been resolved. I request that Philips replace my vacuum with a new one; if that is not possible, I kindly ask for a refund. I expect my request to be taken seriously and a permanent solution to be provided.
