Because I sometimes had issues with mapping on my Philips robot vacuum cleaner and noticed that the battery dropped from 100% to 90% within 10 seconds of starting, I brought it to the service center on April 7. On April 30, I visited the service to check the status and was told it was ready, so I took the device back. However, when I used it that evening, I saw that it wouldn’t move on the carpet. Upon checking, I realized the brush part had been installed incorrectly. Now, after waiting nearly a month, I still can’t use the product. How can I return it to the service again and trust that it will be properly repaired? Since the product is only 6 months old and was returned in this condition, I request a replacement with a new one.

I would like to thank the Philips authorized service for their support and attention. My problem was solved quickly with a customer-focused approach. I am also very grateful to Philips Öztürk Elektronik service for their help in replacing my product with a new one. They kept me informed during the process and always tried to find a solution.
