As someone who has smoked Marlboro Touch for a long time, I have recently noticed that the quality of the product is getting worse. In the last four to five months, I've bought a few packs of Marlboro Touch, only to find that almost half of them have cigarettes that taste like wood, which isn't typical for the brand. I'm very upset and angry about this because I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years. As a paying customer, I think I deserve a product that always lives up to Marlboro's high standards. I know that natural changes in the tobacco plant can cause small changes in taste, but the recent wood flavor is very different from how Marlboro Touch cigarettes usually taste. I worry that Philip Morris, the company that makes the product, may be trying to cut costs by making the quality of the product inconsistent. I hope this will be taken seriously and dealt with quickly.
